I've worked with children in kindergarten and also with first, second, and fifth graders. Many students struggle with English and language arts and I really enjoy helping them learn. As a student, I would visit the library during the summer and it helped develop my passion for reading. I've also found those who struggle here have persistent issues in all aspects of education, so it is important to me to help. Other areas I tutor are elementary math, phonics, and ISEE test prep. I provide summer tutoring as well.Working successfully with each student is a source of pride for me. I know I can make valuable and lasting changes in their educational lives. My bachelor's degree was earned at Ramapo College of New Jersey, while I am now attending William Paterson University of New Jersey as a candidate for a master's degree in Elementary Education. I currently live in Laurence Harbor, NJ and spend my free time traveling, dining out, doing DIY crafts, practicing hot yoga, and cooking.
